I have to amend my prior review. This is an outstanding customer service company and therefore UPS a four-and-a-half product review to five stars company. They read my review which indicated my dissatisfaction with a leaky nozzle. They sent me a replacement hose and this hose did not have a leaky nozzle. As you can see from the pictures storage is just one of the many advantages. I'm in my seventies and lugging an enormous hose 100 ft throughout my yard is horrifying. But working with this lightweight hose is incredible.This is my original review: I have a yard. A large yard with cement Rock and plants. I love to hand water. I love the fact that this was easy to drag around my yard it was not a big ol heavy hose. Although the rough Rock and cement have begun to produce little tiny snags here on the hose. Not sure if this is a problem long-term. The hose from day one has leaked. Not the hose but the sprayer. Since you cannot exchange that nozzle with one you might have at home you're stuck with a leaking nozzle. Not where it connects to the hose but the sprayer itself where the shut-off valve is leaked always so I'm pretty wet by the time I finished watering. If that had not been a problem I would have given this hose 4 and 1/2 Stars. But if you have a cement or rocky yard I'm not sure how long it'll last
