Very good call tracking software that is very easy to use

I like that it is very easy to use, can be used in multiple ways without any problems. Also you are able to customize your reports as well which makes them more useful than others out there (at least in our opinion). The price tag could have been lower but we haven't found anything else with similar features at such low cost.
If you need something simple and affordable then this tool will do just fine! We decided to try this software because of its ease-of-use and all the customization options available. It was great being able to track our calls better by using tags instead of having to write down notes every time.
