Review on Bosch Model Table Zero Clearance Insert by Jon Ford

I'm so glad I got this. I managed to pinch the board in the standard board and bend it - a very strong incident and injured my hand. I bought this despite the reviews saying it needs sanding to fit and they were absolutely right. Doesn't fit right out of the box. But about 5 minutes with a random orbit sander and everything was perfect. I just stood there and banged the corners a few times during a test install until it just fell. never mind I will say that now that the blade is so firmly seated on the plate, it is MUCH louder than before. The metal blade now seems to "sing" on a higher note and I have to wear hearing protection, which I didn't do before.
