In the wharp speed video, from XPRO, on ebay , The front wheel fork bolt that attaches the handle bars is NOT (S.A.E.) NOT installed properly. Note the lock nut is NOT showing any threads thru the nut, in the video, as It is reqiured that min. two threads show thru, or it is not going to stay tight or torqued. Mine loosened up, 20 miles, and I returned home with LOOSE bars. IF this happens, I hope you use loctite or finger nail polish, ( NO GREESE ON THREEDS ) , to prevent the nut from working all the way loose. Don't panic but , be cautious , if bars get loose. If that occures, its unlikely the bolt will fall out soon ,but eventually may, rendering lack of control. BE SAFE!. I love the scooter though!
