Review on SelfCommunity by George Miller

It's easy for our customers (both internal & external) as well of those who want help from us, it makes communication very simple with no need any manual process at all! Sometimes we have some issues which are quite hard but there're always people ready support you 24/7 via Slack or email so don't worry about anything :). We've started using this tool just few months ago - I can say everything works great until now :) There aren’t really any negative points in my opinion because working together was never an issue since everyone knows what they should do by themselves while others will take care how things work behind scenes ;) If someone wants additional features he'll be able solve his problem without asking me directly through slack channel 😃 So far nothing has been improved except customer service aspect where i got much faster response then before when talking only over phone 👍.
