Review on ProHeal Achilles Tendonitis Relief Foot Rocker - Calf Stretcher With Spiked Ball Massager - Calf, Foot, Heel, And Ankle Stretcher For Plantar Fasciitis - Lower Leg Pain Relief by Alex Maynard

You have to wear shoes

The ProHeal Foot Rocker Calf Stretcher seemed a little odd to me but since I deal with a lot of tendon tightness in my ankles, shins, and calf muscles that give me restless legs at night I figured it was worth a try. First I kind of don't care for the fact that you have to wear shoes with one part then use the massage ball without shoes but with socks. It does seem to help if I use it 30 minutes before bed however. You can definitely stretch out calves and shins depending on how you lean into the device. Overall I think it is inexpensive in price but made pretty sturdy you can get the same results using a curb or step but I think that is more of a nitpick at the price point.
