I'm starting to feel like we made a mistake with this company! Their customer service is simply the worst in the world! It's only been a week and I've called several times. They assured me that my issue with my 3 different trading accounts being linked despite having a separate MID would be resolved, but that is not the case. On every call they don't identify me by the MID on the dashboard, they transfer me before they hear my question and they are just plain rude! I didn't know about the annual fee, the return fee, the minimum monthly fee, or no fee, gosh! We should have looked at these comments first! Beware!
