Review on SmartVLT Chrome Replacement Lenses Sunglass by Ray Richards
They do not darken in direct sunlight.
Clarity is good. However, the low rating is due to the fact that the lenses are labeled as photochromic, which means they should darken in the sun. They don't appear to darken even after a few minutes in direct sunlight. Allow 12-40% light transmission. I think they switched the numbers since they let in 68-80% of the light.
