I ordered these two Nordicware pans and the US pan at the same time and used it for the first time so there is no age difference etc. I baked the gingerbread and how you can see the ones baked in a Nordicwear pan cracked and I needed a spatula to scrape them off and some of the bottoms stayed in the pan while the USA pancakes baked smooth and separated easily without a spatula. This is based on just one time only and both are new so I can't speak to wear and tear other than these cookies so take this review as you may.
