I have a second BiteNot Collar. The first fell victim to vomiting. My cat has a hot spot on her left thigh and this collar keeps her from getting there. It was better than the cone because she could use the cone to scratch the stain. It also gave her ear infections. The BiteNot collar has solved both of these problems. Eating and drinking is also easier for her. There are only two small flaws that don't affect how much I love this product. First, the kitten's pose is a bit odd. It doesn't seem to bother her, but it's strange. The second is a small bald spot on the chin. Other than that, this product is perfect. A final word of caution: you can order a 3.5" BiteNot. My first BiteNot was a 3.5" and it worked better. And she's a fairly small cat at 8.5 pounds.
