Review on ๐Ÿ”Š Kuryakyn 2712 MTX Road Thunder Motorcycle Speakers: 100W Weather Resistant Handlebar Audio Pods with Bluetooth Controller, Chrome by Dan Deng

You get what you pay for.

First off, it's not a bad system. This is the best alternative I've found without installing a fairing and spending $600-$1000. It takes time to route the cables and decide where to place my speakers. I love that it's compact, which is a big thing for my HD Heritage. With the exception of the volume controls on the steering wheel, the hardware feels very solid. BT connects very quickly every time and has never lost connection. Now the sound isn't that great. That's enough for listening to music at high speeds, but there's no base. Keep in mind I have a big windshield and some pretty noisy pipes. So if you were thinking of using this on a bike without a windshield or fairing, I wouldn't.

Pros
  • 100W peak power boost at 5A low current; Connects wirelessly to any Bluetooth-enabled device with a Bluetooth audio controller
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
