Very nice, discreet pants. I've worn 5.11s for a long time and they're great for shooting or active training, but I spend a little more time in the office these days and that's where the original 5.11s came in handy. a bit shorter. When you are called to court you suddenly need trousers without visible side pockets, something hardwearing but at the same time something "fashionable", these trousers are ideal for these requirements. The fabric is a lightweight twill rather than ripstop, which is nice too. Good deal as Revain was about $20-$30 less than the police station I usually go to.
