Love these pillows!
First. Mine did not smell at all. I let them plump up for several days before using them. I removed about 25% of the stuffing before I slept on them. Tweaked the additional removal over the next week. No neck aches. Love sleeping on this pillow. I was skeptical, but after numerous pillow purchases, these are the best.
