Short Description: This wireless HDMI kit is plug and play for HDMI to HDMI monitors on my Windows 10 laptops. A power adapter for the transmitter is included, as is all necessary cables to use the monitor. Transmitters can be powered via the HDMI port or via the included micro USB cable. The guidance is subtle but largely unnecessary. Note. This works with an HDMI monitor but not with an HDMI to VGA cable. My experience: I received this HDMI wireless set from a company that sent me an older version. The manual is subtle, but from another I knew how it works. I installed a receiver with an antenna, HDMI to HDMI cable to the monitor and the included power adapter. light on. - I connected the transmitter to the HDMI port on my Windows 10 laptop and the light came on. USB-A to USB micro cables are included and I connected one to the transmitter but it wasn't needed as it drew power through the HDMI connector. The laptop immediately recognized it as a display and I think I pushed a button on the transmitter and the monitor immediately came to life. I learned from my previous HDMI wireless system that this doesn't work with my HDMI to VGA monitors. Small Notes: It took them a few days to contact their support team, but then they responded. Also, while they offer a power adapter for the receiver and microcables to power the transmitters, they don't provide USB power adapters for the microcables. I have a lot of these so no problem.
