Error just outside return window

Product stopped working two months after purchase. It powers USB devices but my laptop doesn't recognize them. I get the error "The last USB device you connected to this computer is defective and is not recognized by Windows." Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver did not fix the problem. The devices work fine when plugged directly into the laptop's USB ports, so the hub is broken. I managed to verify this by buying a new hub from a different manufacturer and making sure it worked perfectly. Not worth the money spent.
