Great dongle except MicroSD slot

Works for Samsung DEX while charging the phone at the same time. All ports work fine except for the MicroSD slot. I have to use excessive force to get the microSD card to fit properly. I'm always afraid that I'll break the card when I put it in this key. Also, it's not clear which path is UP/DOWN for the MicroSD slot, so that doesn't solve the problems either.
