Please note that the image associated with this item is incorrect. The 5 gallon waste can is taller and the same height as the Eagle's 5 gallon gas can. Oddly enough, as you can see from the picture, there isn't a single word of identification on this glass. It's completely anonymous. I ordered a can along with two cans of petrol. They were all packed into their individual boxes and then shipped in a large box with a token paper wrapper that did nothing. The gas cartridges were not damaged but there is a small cosmetic dent on the cartridge. I believe the dent formed before the tin was packed and shipped as the boxes were undamaged. In general, the bank looks good. The filler cap is raised by lowering the handle onto a pair of hooks and then twisting the handle back. This requires some force as the spring is strong. You can attach a wire loop to the handle to hold the lid open. This is not a one-hand operation. There is a garbage grid in the neck, which is held in place by a spring clip. I wish the lid could be opened wider to make pouring into the jar easier. Powder coating does not adhere well to hardware. Some bare metal. No one bothered to pick up the small pieces by dusting them with powder, so only exposed surfaces were covered. This can costs almost twice as much as Type II safety fuel cans. This must be due to the smaller market as there is absolutely no physical reason for the price to double.
