I was so excited when I got this in the mail it looked amazing. Even my dog liked it. It fits her perfectly (check her website for measurements), it stays in place thanks to the velcro on the front and under her chest and keeps you warm! One day I decided it needed a wash and checked the care label, it says machine washable, DO NOT! After taking it out, the reflective strip detached from the coat and the velcro attached to the edges of the coat, pulling the threads and giving the appearance of being worn. The coat still works great but this is the last time it will be machine washed.
