Delighted at first, now disappointed
I actually bought 4 of these chairs just because of their great comfort. However, now I'm noticing that the first two (black ones) I bought are starting to blister and peel. Be very careful in daily use as the case is likely to wear out quickly. I have never been so disappointed in a product or company. Especially when they DO NOT REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT! The stool should not be so fluffy at 4 months. 1 was purchased on November 14, 2019 and the other on November 20, 2019. The first photo was when it started bubbling on February 18th, the 2nd photo is of this bubble today. I had to tape it off to keep it from getting worse. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY IF YOU PLAN TO SIT IN THIS REGULARLY!
