HDMI ports don’t work
Looks great, easy install but when I connect my devices only 1 in 4 of the ports works. I have to remove the plate from the wall and pull the HDMI cord and plug it directly into the device. Not does not work at all. I would not recommend this product.
- IMPORTANT REMINDER: To reduce the difficulty snapping the HDMI jacks into the plate, please put it on the ground, then press down the plate, repeat the work utill finish all of them; try to use a thin head flat screwdriver to remove the jacks, so it won't be broken in half.
- Limited flexibility in terms of placement due to the wall plate design
