Poor Product Kit Plan + Poor Quality Control = Simple Screw Epic Error

Why 1 Star? actually fits in so it can be screwed into the wall. 2) Either lack of common sense, stupidity, or willful greed - the most typical hole plate size and 8-set layout are listed on the product packaging. use hangers. Of course most commonly (based on thousands of listings online) perforated panels are sold in sets of 2 including Triton products. The 8-set layout not only makes sense visually, it feels right too. when you install it. He keeps the board level; prevents sagging or swelling in the center of the panel. With such a great recommendation of 8 sets AND a set of 2 panels for sale you would of course expect Triton to sell a product with 16 hangers right? Of course you would, because it makes sense. But if you're too young to remember when companies did the right thing, used common sense, and really thought about what they and their customers are doing, then you probably weren't expecting this 16-pack. and you would be right! They sell a set of 15 sets so either you are missing one set when you hang up your two piece set OR you are buying a second set. Or do what most of us do, which is forgo a set and deal with the weak point underneath the board when we set it up and feel it flex when we remove the tools and return it. Another thing most of us will do? Tell everyone about our less than acceptable experience with this company and how they suggest using 8 sets per panel and selling 2 sets of panels but only one 15 set hanger set instead of the 16 you recommend. ... The math doesn't add up, so it's clear they don't do math and don't care what customers think. For me, products either do what they're supposed to do or they don't; This usually means they either have 1 star to warn people of the pitfalls or 5 stars because they worked great, at least for me. I started at 15 when I needed 16 and then there were screws that wouldn't screw into the wall. Luckily, I have a screw removal tool, which is nothing more than a harder metal screwdriver designed to slip into a screw so you can twist the screw to remove it. most people don't. I might be lucky and use bad screws, but there are no guarantees. When you make a purchase you expect everything to be delivered safe and sound and ready to go. The last thing you want is delays because you're missing something, something is broken, or you have to return something. To be honest, once you've started hanging your panels and you're halfway through, you're not going to remove everything. , exchange and keep everything for a week or more. Sorry, but I don't give it a 5-star rating; not when the company cannot handle even the simplest things. My time counts, AND YOUR SO! So hopefully plan ahead and buy extras and give back what you don't use. Or just find another company that sells enough to get the job done right.
