Description of πŸ”½ DuraBoard 15" Plastic Pegboard Mounting

Easy to use and everything required to mount a pegboard to the wall is included in one package. Eliminates the need to purchase expensive wood framing and hardware to mount pegboard to flat wall surface. Use on any 1/8 In. or 1/4 In. pegboard or tool board. Each spacer uses only one pegboard hole each making more of the pegboard available to mount hooks and store items. Used to mount pegboard on wood stud, hollow and concrete walls.

Don't bite drywall like little plastic spacers

I bought these because the first panel we installed had too little clearance between it and the drywall in some places. They have a large contact area and don't sink easily, so they stay on the surface of the drywall without piercing it. I didn't use the screws or plastic that came with it, so I can't comment on how well they work. I drilled studs where possible and used cleats where there were no studs. I also bought hex head screws and tightened them with a battery powered drill.

Pros
  • Hooks for perforated panels
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
