Fully charged: household batteries, chargers and accessories
Batteries are delivered fully charged. Once I was able to open the plastic storage box (two hard-to-see and exposed plastic clips along the "long" side of the box) I was fine. I put three batteries in a solar powered flagpole flashlight. So far, so good. It's too early to talk about battery life. However, the first impression was very good.
