I've been mostly happy with the product since my purchase in June, cute and simple. Not too loud but it depends on the people. A few weeks ago I started holding myself backwards to keep my 26 month old son from touching the buttons (very sensitive to touch). But didn't you know that there is something/plug in this spot that holds water and can come loose? He must have played with it and pulled at it. I drained the water through the top hole. I honestly didn't even know there was a plug here. I will write to the company and see if I can get a replacement for it. However, be careful not to lose this part if you buy it to use it more as a desiccant.
