I have no complaints yet. I have a bathroom and my bedroom got mold from leaving the door open. I close the door when showering and only use it in my room for about 2 hours afterwards. I can feel the difference almost immediately and after a few uses there is still a decent amount of water left in the compartment.

I really wanted to use this product. It was installed in my bedroom on the first night. The best dream I've had in a long time. I tend to be a bit stuffy at night and in the mornings, I can honestly say my mornings have been less stuffy with both the air purifier and dehumidifier. I am planning to buy one for my office.

I didn't like it because there was no plug at first to prevent the water from flowing out in all directions. I had to find a round tiny eraser to plug the back hole to keep water from leaking out. The kit should include a plug and drain hose. ++++ I contacted customer service and they completely solved my problem. I am completely satisfied with my dehumidifier. The company stood behind their product.

Dehumidifying and HEPA in one design is a brilliant idea. Very quiet. The HEPA part of this equation is good, and Q10 compares favorably to other HEPAs of this size. The dehumidifier works, but its dimensions are insufficient in terms of the amount of moisture it can condense. The water tank is small. Since I've had this unit it has never beeped to tell me to drain the water so the water keeps leaking now. I make a note on my phone to check it every week but for some reason water leaks out before I can drain it. The customer service of this product contacted me and was able to provide me with a replacement and also suggested a better and bigger dehumidifier. I've been mostly happy with the product since my purchase in June, cute and simple. Not too loud but it depends on the people. I bought one for each of my kids rooms and they really help reduce humidity and improve air quality. We live in the Pacific Northwest and with the bedroom doors closed during the day to study and at night to sleep, we lacked airflow. It may be a more efficient air filter than both as the others only suck part of the air through the port being filtered (I suspect that's why they remove more moisture, they both have an extra air intake on the back).
