Good review of the dehumidifier.

I didn't like it because there was no plug at first to prevent the water from flowing out in all directions. I had to find a round tiny eraser to plug the back hole to keep water from leaking out. The kit should include a plug and drain hose. ++++ I contacted customer service and they completely solved my problem. I am completely satisfied with my dehumidifier. The company stood behind their product.
