Proprietary connectors, just a bad experience
I couldn't get my device to work, the fan just wouldn't mess with my aRGB system. I've never been able to get them to work and it's just a headache to drive 15 miles to give back something that wasn't very expensive anyway. If their fans didn't have a proprietary connector I'd be more than happy, but since they only work with the included hub, that complicates things.
