I have enough Anchor Hocking storage boxes to know that the lids in this order are not of the same quality as my other AH boxes. The lids are not as thick and heavy as my other AH lids. All three lids cracked in less than two months of use. When I contacted Anchor Hocking I was told the lids were out of warranty. Just as a one-time courtesy, they would replace the lids. I do not consider it courtesy to replace an item that only lasts two months with normal use. I see it as my duty to vouch for your product. The apathy of their reaction astounds me. UPDATE: Someone capable of empathy should have noticed my reasoning and intervened. Although I declined the replacement caps "out of courtesy", I received them within a few days. In addition, the replacement parts were upgrades to the originally defective covers. The updated replacement is shown in the second photo. Thank you to the person(s) at Anchor Hocking who stood behind their product. I don't expect plastic lids to last as long as glass bowls, but just a few short weeks just wasn't acceptable.
