One size fits only so your 5ft 3" got it in the mail today along with my original brown. I wanted a seven in black to frame seven bags, but that's a whole other story, back to the system. I am an average height of 6ft 0 225lbs. I placed them on top of my new bags, slung them over my shoulders, and literally secured the tool belt with two straps above my belly button. Holes are available for longer adjustments so I tell my wife it would be nice if they just gave you another 6 or 8 inches of leather to adjust. She said yes, so I looked into maybe an XL suspension system. Oh I found it, ok overall, another set consisting of 2 $120 leather extensions for the initial suspension system. THE BEST IS mind you I was expecting it to be at least fully adjustable to fit most men not just little guys so now you want me to buy your 10 inch extension because your system doesn't most supports. No thanks for coming back to the 120 with a smile and tears and the Occidental was the best. They let me down by not including the extensions or just made them 10 inches longer to start with what a silly hassle.
