When I first got my bullet, a lot of people said you could add frozen fruit, ice, etc. My main goal was to make frozen fruit smoothie. what i still do But I messed up the blade on the first one because I was blending frozen hard fruit in that blender. The lower part is worn. I didn't want to ruin the car so I replaced the part. It turns out. I had to thaw frozen fruit in the microwave for 1 minute. I assumed this bullet would be heavy duty and mix anything no matter how frozen it is. And it did, but very quickly spoiled part of the blade. I mean, it makes sense, the fruit is still frozen, but you're not going to kill your car either. Bullets are great, but be careful when you mix things up. Don't be like me when mixing anything frozen, READ package directions first! lol I would also speculate that just because of the overtime this part would probably fail again. It's definitely nice to see that I can buy parts instead of a whole new car. I like my bullet, I like that I can buy spare parts and accessories.
