Review on Tough Fleece Blanket Liner Medium by Boss Spangler
Not that difficult - the ties are torn from the fabric of the blanket.
I bought this fleece for my mare to have a spare. I have had her other coat for years and she is in great shape. This one doesn't last. All straps have come loose from the fabric. I sewed the strap back on and next time I pulled the other strap off. Meanwhile, her old coat stays in perfect condition every time she wears it.
