The belt sometimes binds when trying to remove it. It can be bad if you have to take it off to go to the bathroom. Great idea but made cheaply. There should be a release latch on both sides of the buckle so you can attach it to the left or right. And I have to fix the release on it so it doesn't stick

- High quality belt, comfortable to wear. I would buy again.
Cons
- The belt is not flexible and restricts movement
