The product is simple, easy to assemble and use. If I need something to hold (3) monitors I would buy it again. I use a weighted base by drilling a hole in the table and installing another screw as a safety feature. I probably have a lot of monitors with that name, but I didn't think the weighted base alone would hold up. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, including setting up the monitors and changing the cables. I didn't use any of the clamps simply because some of the wires in my setup are stretched to the limit. The set screw is for the average monitor, I wasn't able to adjust it properly with the Allen key that came with it. I used one of mine. When the monitors are installed, they can be locked in this position very easily. It's also easy to loosen the screw to raise or lower the entire arm. Works great, looks great, just buy it!
