Review on [240 Pack - 12 oz.] Clear Disposable Plastic Cups - Cold Party Drinkware by Amy Silakos

Leaky cups, holes in the cups, very poor workmanship

We use a lot of plastic cups in our household. When our last brand changed we looked for a brand replacement. I found these Comfy Package Cups at Revain and decided to give it a try. Overall I am disappointed with these mugs. Comfy Package plastic cups hold 12 ounces of liquid. We've used them for quick clove breakfasts, chocolate milk, cold water, and gentleman jack drinks. The cups are made of #5 polypropylene (PP) plastic. There are 240 cups in a pack. The cups are corrugated so you can hold the cup without dropping it. I'm not sure why these mugs have so many problems. We have used 65 cups so far and most have had problems. Thirteen of the cups had pin-sized holes in the bottom so liquid could spill out of them during use. It looks like there was some delamination of the plastic during the manufacturing process. Another twenty-eight cups developed cracks along the bottom edge of the cup, causing the cup to leak. We've already had 41 cups out of 65 with problems, so I'd say it's a production problem. We switch to a different brand of plastic cups and the rest go in the trash. I love the size of these jars, how they feel in hand and how thick the plastic walls are. However, there are too many issues with these mugs to be worth using. I would not buy this brand again.
