I hope Acer and the public take the time to read this post. I don't usually try that hard, but I want to warn anyone thinking about buying an Acer monitor that they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (in a foreign country)! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a supervisor or manager unless you wish to schedule a call back at YOUR convenient time which is 1-2 DAYS after the time of the request. The big screen monitor I bought for a publisher is a lemon, it was bad from the start. Even purchasing an extended warranty didn't solve this problem. I bought this monitor for work but spent the finances entirely on the purchase.
