After only 15 days of use, the right earpiece on the headphones that were purchased at the beginning of September 2022 from Aliexpress stopped working. The Samsung service shop that handled the warranty repairs replaced both of the headphones with new ones. A week goes by, and the right earpiece stops working. A replacement for the right earphone was provided by the Samsung service facility. After a week, the right earpiece stops turning on and no longer functions properly. After spending a week in the Service Center, our hands were given an act of a product that was not repairable. Because of this, the act in Aliexpress was changed to the same ones, but with red ones instead. Despite this, we decided to give it another shot. 13 DAYS - RIGHT EARPHONE STOPS SINGING. We are currently waiting for Aliexpress to make a decision regarding the warranty issue within the next 21 days and either restore the money or not honor the warranty. Denial of warranty service is par for the course with Aliexpress, as expected.
