Works very well
They definitely work better than threading those flat plastic pieces (the thread left on it for long will wrinkle and become real) one use agony). There is a "hand" to hold the paper off the number thread, but it doesn't work very well. I have some number stickers and just stick a sticker on each holder. The end of the thread and you'll' me don't have a piece long enough to wrap around the holder but I like them a lot more than the flat plastic ones and will definitely be ordering more of these when I need them.
