Review on Nokian Tires Hakka Green 3 195/65 R15 95H summer by Andrey Kolev ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, not disappointed.

According to a number of testimonials, this tire has a tendency to roll in people and, after a certain amount of time has passed, it supposedly stops generating noise. This is something that I really hope happens.

Pros
  • Previously, around four to five years ago, I put a Nokian Nordman SX into service on a Skoda Fabia, 2022 and later models. After four years, I removed them from the car and sold them on alloy wheels separately from the vehicle with three to four millimeters of tread remaining. My judgment is not very subjective because I did not have much to base it on prior to that time because there was not much to gauge the quality of the rubber against. It was fantastic, it was soft, and it wore evenly. After selling my previous vehicle and purchasing a Volkswagen Polo that came equipped with 185/60 R15 Cordiant Sport 3 tires as standard equipment, I came to the realization that this rubber is radically different (noise, rumble, hard, and pits are noticeable). After I became accustomed to the degree of comfort they provided, I decided to sell them and instead invest in a set of Hakka Green 3 tires in the size 185/60 R15 (having some prior experience with Nokian summer tires and keeping my fingers crossed that the manufacturer maintains the same level of quality in terms of comfort and noise). I noticed an odd thing for me, not much in that the stripe on the tires is factory-made for the set I got in white, despite the fact that all advertising photographs of tire sets on the internet have a green stripe. However, the set that I purchased has a white stripe. I'm going to go ahead and schedule it so that there will be an engraving that reads "warming" soul on my tires. Made in Finland. The rubber is extremely pliable, and it has a high degree of pitting and irregularity. I have high hopes that the amount of wear will likewise be as mentioned, which is 35% greater than the manufacturer states it will be. (At the end of the summer season I will add a review on this issue).
Cons
  • Noise is the most crucial factor for me, and I imagine it is for many other consumers as well. After driving them for another 100–150 kilometers, I can confirm that they are loud. Yes, they are noisy in comparison to the Nordman SX that I had previously thrown into the depths of the ocean. In fact, I'd go so far as to claim that the noise level of my winter-operating Kormoran is lower than that of this summer equipment from Nokian. This particular component caused me a lot of distress. It is impossible for me to believe that the information that has been provided about the silence of these tires at every step (advertising, Internet resources), is nothing but dust in the eyes.
