I bought it to replace the studded Nordman 7. The Nordman failed for only a season - I had to go to Poland for the New Year holidays, but they don’t let me go there on studded tires. At first I thought about taking a car with Velcro from a relative, then I remembered that a few years ago I went with Velcro and didn’t know grief, and then for some reason I switched to spikes. I decided to combine business with pleasure and switch back to Velcro - I bought a new BF Goodrich and sold it to Nordman (I managed to sell it in 2 hours - the rubber was like new, all the spikes were in place). I have not been driving for a long time, but I have already managed to wind 4 thousand kilometers on it. The impressions are purely positive, I am glad that I returned back to the Velcro - silence and comfort after the spikes. On the way to Poland, there were snowfalls, and rains, and frosts, and ice and dry asphalt - everywhere the rubber showed itself normally, it was not scary to drive. On ice, it will probably be worse than studded, but on ice, with gouging driving, no studs will help, you need to turn your head on. With a winter like this year in St. Petersburg - only Velcro.
