I used 1445 scented balm and now lavender aftershave balm. 1445 has a strong aroma, but natural. Both balms are great for my skin and by far the best products I have ever used. I daresay these might be the best aftershaves out there. Lavender is the best. Reason: Lavender is best at reducing redness and irritation. I also recommend Castle Forbes Lavender Shaving Cream because it's formulated for sensitive skin. In theory, lavender is the gentlest and best for the skin, and for my skin (I've tried basswood, sandalwood, and cedar) lavender works best. I highly recommend these products. My skin looks great all day and I even get compliments on it. It heals shaving damage and is also used as an anti-aging cream, according to Castle Forbes. I think these aftershave lotions are a MUST for every shave. I'm convinced that Castle Forbes is best at this. All 1445, Lime, Sandalwood/Cedarwood and Lavender scents are strong and use natural oils. Some herbal remedies may have been used in 1445, but I'm not 100% sure. I know the rest of the essential oils are the best I would say. I highly recommend these aftershave lotions. You'll smell great (like a spa) for hours and probably won't need cologne. 10/10
