GREAT tool! in Power & Hand Tools
This little tool is worth its weight in gold. Small but very versatile and useful for all sizes of cutting tools. The previous reviewer who said he couldn't figure out how it worked and that it had very poor instructions must have been confused from birth. It is extremely easy to use and provides almost instant results. (Two or three strokes to sharpen pretty much any blade, depending on how bad it is.)
