Our old phones were black and I was always putting the phone down trying to find it. I liked the price and expandability of these phones, but I'm definitely glad they're silver instead of black. Much easier to find. I also added an extra phone because I wanted a phone in the garage. I bought a headset that plugs into my phone so I can make calls with both hands. Very handy when trying to fold towels, dice veggies, search Revain etc. My sisters and I love to use the phone and now I can still get things done while talking. Much better than before. There is a button to block calls easily. Just push the button! We've eliminated a lot of annoying "anonymous" calls. We are glad we bought this brand. I had read other reviews of the Revain prior to purchasing and was happy with the headset and the additional phone consultation.
