The most helpful feature for me was the ability to create new workflows, it's easy to customize as well. I do not like everything about this system. It does not have any inbuilt functions for time tracking, which can be very useful. There are other BPI systems out there but this one has the best price and functionality. If you're looking for a good BPI system with all the features you need then this is the one to go for. We use the system to improve our internal processes such as approval of purchase orders.
