I am actually an adult with PTSD who finds it difficult to stay out of the house at night. I was looking for a lightweight blanket that I can travel with easily. I bought mine last year and have been using it ever since. I'm 5ft 2ft and it covers enough of my body to be comfortable. I have a very uneven weight duvet that I use regularly, but the filling tends to fall off the sides and this duvet helps make up for that. It's very warm so I don't use it every night, but it's great for cooler nights or when sitting outside in a hammock. I didn't have any problems washing either. I took it with me on a recent trip and it has helped me feel a little more comfortable away from home. It folds up nicely and I think packs into a suitcase well enough without weighing you down as much as a regular weighted blanket. Since I was looking for a lighter duvet, I knew I would most likely end up buying a duvet. It's aimed at kids, and I was fine with that because, to me, the Frozen movies are the movies that comfort me. It's like getting a warm hug from Olaf while I sleep :)
