Mattress arrived well packaged and arrived quickly. It comes with a zipped mattress topper. You must open the mattress pad to see a label showing which side is for toddlers and which side is for babies. (useful if, like me, you're guessing which side is harder and want to be sure you're pointing in the right direction). The mattress topper looks great, very attractive stork pattern. If I'm super picky (I'm a seamstress), the finish can be improved a bit if I don't use a hand pencil to mark where the zipper should line up with the mattress seams. As for the slight odor that some mention, it is very light and only needs to be aired for a few days after transportation.
