I ordered one and it came scratched with the locking mechanism broke and missing. They replaced it and it looks in good shape, but the male part of the lock is stripped making the lock useless. I bought this because it matched another item from this company and that item I am very impressed with. Not sure where to go from here. After them seeing this review they immediately rectified the problem. Great customer service. Thank you
