I got these because my GSD had trouble standing on a tile or wood floor. They worked great and lasted as long as you squeezed them well. Unlike most winter boots, they are breathable and better suited to warm, humid climates like Florida. Dressing and undressing was easy. I trusted the size grid and it suited me. Check the size of the front and rear paws. You can get one size for the front and another size for the back. To clean them, I hand washed them and air dried them. Although they told me to slowly insert them, I buckled them up, our dog took a few awkward steps, then no further questions. However, not every dog will be so tolerant. We later learned that the cause of the problem was a cancerous growth on a finger, not her age. After the amputation we used this boot to protect her foot when she went outside or to vet check-ups. She feels great, fully recovered and no longer needs them. She also learned how to use scattered rugs that we spread out in different places. Based on my years of experience, different dogs do better with different styles of shoes. They are well stitched and constructed. They are worth trying if you are looking for summer boots.
