I had two of these cameras, one was originally purchased and the second was an exchange as the first didn't work. They have a good picture in video conferences, and you get a crystal-clear picture in good lighting. I didn't care about 4k. General Quality Issue: Camera 1 - Video Loss Camera 2 - USB Lost Connection Issues reappeared after a day or two of very light usage and two different PCs, the PC issue has been resolved. I would recommend looking into other products. I returned both.
