The light works great, this is a temporary light for my crab tank until I upgrade my tank and get a timer. The suction cups didn't work. General. After several falls, I gave up and tied it to the tank. This provides a good amount of light for my small aquarium. And I love that I can darken and lighten it to mimic natural cycles.
