My daughter didn't like the 4 month old kitten at first I think because it was new but within an hour she was used to it. I bought the moon/star print because my daughter loves crescent moons and her favorite color was included in these colors and because there are several of these she can switch between them at will or switch when one of these is in the wash etc. The bell is ringing , when the kitten moves, we have put a ring on it with its identification name and it seems to be holding up normally. It was very easy to do, just adjust it. As it didn't come loose, although I imagine it would fall apart fairly easily if it got stuck on something etc as it was designed for that (quick release). I noticed that others don't like the cat head shape because of the ears, so I was skeptical and thought about archiving it, but thought I'd see what it's like without doing it. Your kitten has short hair and her ears don't seem to bother her unless they start to hurt, leave her alone!
